New Ellisville Well No. 3 as a Community Water Well at latitude 29°59'32.28"N, longitude 82°35'13.18"W. The estimated well depth will be drilled to 260-ft depth, the casing shall be black steel 12-inch diameter and 150-ft long. The static water is at approximately 60-feet. The pump shall be Vertical Turbine Line Shaft Pump, Mfr: National Pump, Model: M8, 3 Stage, US Motor Model HAO3, 15 HP, 3 phase. The wellhead as shown on the attached engineer drawings shall be 6-in DIP Flanged above grade painted light green with the following appurtenances raw water sample tap, combo air vacuum valve, check valve, blow-off and valve, water meter, gate valve, supports, etc. Install the water lubrication line for the Vertical Turbine Line Shaft Pump; Install 6-in Raw Water Main, PVC C900 or HDPE DR 9. Installation shall include appurtenances, fittings, restraints, magnetically detectable tracer tape, compaction, landscaping restoration, etc. Connect to existing raw water line with 8”x 12” Tapping Sleeve & Gate Valve.
