The City invites interested Contractors to submit bids for its NATURE PARK project. The proposed work consists of a new park located at 3801 11th Street Springfield, FL containing a wet pond, walking paths, solar lighting, landscaping, a restroom structure with two individual use ADA restrooms for men and women, info board kiosk, and pedestrian ATV bridge. The project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG – DR) under the Rebuild Florida General Infrastructure Repair Program for the use by the City of Springfield for the Transmitter Road Retention Pond project. The City will construct a stormwater retention pond, as well as the stormwater conveyance systems tying existing infrastructure to the new retention pond under CDBG-DR Grant Agreement No. M0025.
