Requestor (division, bureau, office, individual, as appropriate): Florida Forest Service, Bureau of Forest Protection Performance and/or Design Requirements (e.g. intended use, function or application, compatibility, requirements; reference to policy, rule, statute or other act of the Legislature, etc., as appropriate): The Florida Forest Service intends to purchase Nova Software Platform for drone data processing, mapping, and emergency response to support wildfire operations and forest management. The Florida Forest Service works to provide a level of fire management that reduces threats to life and property, forests and other related at-risk wildland resources, while promoting natural resource management through the use of prescribed fire as specified in Florida statutes 590
