Products shall equal or exceed the quality level of industry standard and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local technical, environmental and performance standards. 6.2 Anti-Ligature beds must be molded, one-piece reduced ligature design made with durable polyethylene construction with rounded corners. Anti-microbial with a high chemical resistance. 6.3 Anti-Ligature beds should have smooth sides with a lip around mattress. 6.4 Anti-Ligature beds me be cleanable with high chemical resistance. 6.5 Anti-Ligature beds must meet or exceed Fire retardant to CAL 133 and UL 94 HB, Tested to ANSI/BIFMA X5:5:2012 standards, FIRA international standard 059:2014 Contract Beds, and UV resistance tested to UV21+. 6.6 Anti-Ligature bed size and weight 6.6.1 Minimum dimensions: 18.9 “H, 82.7 W, 39.8” D with mattress tray to accommodate a mattress 78” x 36 in diameter. 6.6.2 Industry standard weight, foam filled. 6.6.3 Static load tested to 1100 lbs. 6.7 Anti-Ligature beds should be free-standing or optional floor fixed, if floor fixed the floor fixing kit must be included at no charge. 6.8 Anti-Ligature beds must be flush with existing wall or infills must be made available. 6.9 Anti-Ligature beds should have at least 3 different color options available 6.10 All anti-ligature beds will be shipped, assembled and ready to use.
