The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information from companies regarding available hardware, software, and technology solutions that support next-generation Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and public safety communications for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. Subjects we are interested in hearing about include, but not limited to: 1. Core CAD functionality enhancements and automation capabilities 2. Mobile CAD applications for field personnel with offline sync features 3. CAD-to-CAD interoperability and data sharing solutions 4. Cloud-based and hybrid deployment models with scalability options 5. Advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and predictive incident modeling 6. Security measures, role-based access, and compliance certifications 7. User interface design and ease of use for dispatchers and field responders 8. Integration methods with existing NG911, RMS, GIS, and radio systems 9. System maintenance, updates, and vendor support models 10. Pricing structures and licensing options 11. Vendor experience with public safety clients and relevant deployments 12. Training programs and change management support
