Replace the septic system as per the Florida Department of Environmental Protections regulations. The septic tank has been deemed CERTIFIALBE and by following the standard permit specifications, repair the system. All damage to the yard, created by men and equipment is to be restored and filled to the original grade with topsoil. These graded areas are to be uniform and in a smooth condition. Apply grass seed and straw for stabilization. If it is necessary to remove any part of the fence or landscaping, it is also to be restored to its original condition prior to the beginning of said repairs. Tie-in all drains to new system and extend soil pipe to above the roof line, then attach to dwelling as required. The contractor is to return one time after the completion of said work and during the warranty period to repair any areas that have settled. If additional repairs are necessary, re-grade and re-seed.
