The Hardee County Industrial Development Authority and The Development Group seeks the submittal of proposals from qualified individuals, firms, companies, or entities who are interested in providing mowing, landscaping, and irrigation maintenance services for IDA-owned and managed properties. Services include routine mowing, edging, pruning, trimming, planting, weed control, mulching, fertilization, and maintenance of irrigation systems. Additional work such as tree or shrub planting and removal may be requested. Respondents are responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
