The Parking Division is interested in a mobile application that can be customized or configured to offer, at a minimum, the following services: A. Ensure the system supports Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality, allowing seamless integration with the City’s existing parking vendors or the capability to redirect users to their respective platforms to allow customers to apply for and purchase parking permits – resident, employee, and guest through the current parking management system (Gtechna). B. Allow customers to apply for and purchase downtown garage access cards. C. Allow customers to appeal citations through the current parking management system (Gtechna). D. Allow customers to pay citations through the current parking management system (Gtechna). E. Allow customers to view real-time parking facility occupancy. F. Allow customers to make payments at legally available parking spaces within paid parking areas.
