This project consists of replacing approximately 6,940 linear feet of sidewalk on the south side of Mosley Drive (between Highway 77 and CR 389) and Minnesota Avenue (between Mosley Drive and the Rails to Trails crossing), ranging from 5’-wide to 6’-side, with the addition of curbing, pedestrian safety features, and concrete trench drains. In general, the portion of Mosley Drive from Highway 77 to Minnesota Avenue shall be replaced with 6’-wide sidewalk with curbing included, the portion of Mosley Drive from Minnesota Avenue to CR 389 shall include spot replacement of existing 5’-wide sidewalk/trench drains, and the portion of Minnesota Avenue from Mosley Drive to the Rails to Trails connection shall include the replacement of existing 5’-wide sidewalk (with one section of 6’- wide sidewalk on back of curb). Pedestrian safety features and other appurtenant works are shown on the bid plans.
