Bait Shack Repairs: • Remove all existing damaged materials and contents (fall protection from water) • Replace 3 damaged floor joists and install all necessary hurricane clips and fasteners. • Replace flooring with new ¾ inch subfloor. • Install indoor outdoor carpet over subflooring. • Replace missing deck for bait tank, ice box and ice machine. • Cover outside bait tank and ice box area with new framing and roofing. • Replumb and install new pump for bait tanks. • Repair and inspect all existing plumbing, including bathroom fixtures. • Upgrade the electrical and re-route/resupply electrical circuits above flood level. • Replace two interior bathroom doors. • Replace two exterior doors. • Replace exterior damaged siding and trim. • Install new pegboard on interior walls. • Replace siding (fiber cement). • New hurricane impact windows. • Repair/replace roof soffit. • Replace service counter. • Repair/replace mechanical A/C and insulation. General Requirements: • Design Services: Provide all necessary engineering and environmental analysis to inform the design. Prepare detailed plans specifications for review and approval by the City. • Permitting: Obtain all required permits, including but not limited to environmental (FDEP), coastal (Pinellas County), and construction permits (St. Pete Beach), prior to commencing work.
