Broward Health is seeking experienced companies to provide Medicaid Eligibility Services, Exchange Sponsorship, and post discharge insurance discovery. These services include: (1) The processing of disability applications for patients who do not meet Medicaid technical requirements or are eligible for family track Medicaid as defined by the Department of Children and Families (DCF). (2) Secondary follow up on Medicaid applications submitted by BH where the patient did not comply or was denied by DCF. (3) Screening and processing applications for patients in our Emergency Department setting that are not admitted to the hospital. (4) Provide sponsorship of premiums to exchange as well as Cobra patients. B.
