Pursuant to Florida Statutes 287.055 and County PPM# CW-O-048, notice is hereby given that Palm Beach County is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Engineering services for the design, permitting and construction administration for various capital improvement/renovation projects on a task assignment basis. Task assignments will be subject to scope definition and determination of level of effort on a taskby-task basis. Generally, task assignments could include professional architectural services, mechanical, plumbing, electrical engineering services, permitting, and construction administration services. Work may include modification, expansion, or addition of existing facilities or design of new facilities for County governmental services including general governmental offices and facilities throughout the County. Generally, construction costs for each project assigned under the contract will not exceed $7,500,000 (or as may be amended by statute) and will require an architectural firm as the lead consultant.
