All elements consisting of the historic residence that is deemed safe for keeping and repairing to hold the historic integrity of the structure shall be done so accordingly. Otherwise, as per Contract Documents, elements deemed unsafe and needing replacement shall be restored in the same or similar fashion as it was historically built. The estimate for this project is: $1,600,000.00.
