In accordance with Section 287.055 of the Florida Statutes, known as the Consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), the Board of County Commissioners of Martin County, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and State of Florida or Martin County licensed General Contractors or Building Contractors. The selected contractor will provide professional construction services as authorized under Section 255.103, Florida Statute, and will be responsible for delivering Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the Martin County – Hobe Sound Beach Ocean Rescue Facility project. This project consists of the construction of a 1,200 square foot Ocean Rescue facility, the replacement of the 1,500 square foot pavilion and with a new pavilion of equal size, the replacement of the restroom facility with a new 1,100 square foot building, construction of new hard scape and landscaping and other associate improvements to the Hobe Sound Beach park. The park is planned to be closed for the duration of the construction and all work must adhere to the Town of Jupiter Island's construction timeframes.
