The City of Coral Gables is seeking bids from experienced and qualified bidders to provide marine vessels maintenance and repair services on as-needed basis in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in the Invitation for Bid (“IFB”). Additionally, this IFB will also establish a Prequalified Pool of Vendors that will participate in future pricing competitions for specific new outboard motors purchases as required by the City on an as needed basis. The City currently maintains marine vessels for the Police Marine Patrol Section. Currently the City exclusively uses Yamaha outboard engines on all their vessels; however, the awarded bidder(s) must be able to provide repair services for all future purchases of motors and vessels, including hull and engine maintenance or repairs, and replacement of parts as needed. The City currently owns and operates the vessels listed below: a. 2004 Whitewater AMH 290CC, Yamaha 300hp motors b. 2012 Contender 30 Tournament, Yamaha 300hp motors c. 2001 Carolina Sea Chaser 186, Yamaha 90hp motor d. 2017 Avalon Luxury Pontoon 25’ GS Cruise model 25W25AGS, 90hp Yamaha motor
