The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting qualified General Contractors to submit competitive bids for improvements to an existing public works facility to accommodate the relocation of a trash compactor on a proposed concrete pad surrounded by a chain link fence. A new water service is proposed for a hose bibb on site as well as a brick paver path leading up to the concrete pad. Expansion of the asphalt limits on site is required to accommodate a trash truck turning around on site. The existing on-site pavement will be resurfaced and graded to improve ponding on paved areas. To assist in draining the pavement, an inlet and exfiltration trench is being proposed. The project site is in Palm Beach County, Florida.
