The City of Marianna is seeking a Bidder to construct a 350 ft guyed Public Safety Communication Tower installing all required antennas, lighting, cabling, repeaters and other related equipment as required. The project will be a turnkey operation and the Bidder will have responsibility for the totality of the project. At the completion of the project all components shall be operationally ready. The Bidder shall furnish and install the communication tower, foundations, grounding components for the tower, foundation, and fencing, as well as install a grounding and bonding system and other necessary hardware and components. The Bidder shall coordinate with the City Police for the transfer of existing communications equipment from the current temporary location to the construction site. There is an existing concrete pad the site where the new tower will be constructed that was used with a tower of the same height. It will be the responsibility of the Bidder to determine if this pad is usable or not in its present state. The Bidder is responsible for the provisions and cost of staging, warehousing, insurance, storage, and the security of supplied equipment prior to and during the construction phases of the project.
