Contractor will assist the City of Jacksonville, by engaging the community within the defined study area to create a visioning and master planning study and develop an implementation strategy through comprehensive community engagement and consensus building. The successful bidder shall accomplish this by 1. Creating and utilizing tools (mailings, website, surveys, etc.) necessary to engage the leadership of the registered HOA'S and neighborhood associations within City Council District 6 to inform them of a series of organizational meetings and garner their interest in participating to determine the viability of creating and sustaining an organization to address the priorities 2. Arrange and facilitate a series of meetings resulting in the creation of a steering committee to lead the endeavor going forward. 3. Facilitate the creation of the organization's mission, vision, bylaws and any actions necessary for it to be a duly recognized association by the City of Jacksonville, the State of Florida, and the IRS (if warranted.)
