Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified proposers having the required experience in the provision of golf course management and administration and the ability to commence work, in accordance with the specifications stated herein, on October 1, 2019. The Scope of Work/Services to be performed under this contract will consist of all tasks necessary for the complete year round management and administration of Southwinds Golf Course. This RFP and the corresponding responses will cover the following operating areas: i. Management/Administration of Operations and Facilities ii. Turf Management and Maintenance iii.
