Management and programming should reflect community needs and benefit the neighborhood and community. A.Programming may include education, music, arts, social services, health, wellness, nutrition, and/or athletic activities for all ages and/or youth. B.Programming may provide opportunities for socialization of youth, adults and/or seniors. C.Programming for youth should generally mentor youth from all walks of life, enhance youth self-esteem, develop teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and life skills. D.Programming must ensure access by residents of Duval County and especially residents of the neighborhoods surrounding the property referenced in this RFP. E.Organizations demonstrating the ability to provide programming and public access consistent with community needs will be preferred.
