Specifications include, but are not limited to: OVERVIEW The Oregon Economic and Community Development Department ("Department"), through itsOregon Business Retention Services, provides assistance to private sector companies. Thepurpose of this RFQ is to develop a pool of qualified management consultants who may beinvited to bid future projects. Qualified management consultants must be able to providean independent strategic assessment for selected Oregon businesses ("Company") focusing onthe long- term viability of the firm. The consultants will provide technical assistancein finance, marketing, operations, restructuring or other essential business functions,depending upon what the consultant determines are the immediate needs of the Company
