Pavilions (Two Structures) Design and construct two covered pavilions located on the visitor side of the football field. Each pavilion shall be designed for multipurpose community and spectator use, with durable, low-maintenance materials suitable for outdoor public settings. Include concrete pads, accessible walkways, and appropriate site grading. Provide electrical service, lighting, and conduit for future security cameras if applicable. Design shall comply with the Florida Building Code (FBC), ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and all local permitting requirements. Visitor Bleachers Design and install new visitor-side aluminum bleachers with appropriate seating capacity as directed by the City. Bleachers shall include accessible seating areas and ramps compliant with ADA and FBC standards. Provide foundations or anchoring systems per manufacturer’s specifications. Coordinate bleacher placement with the new fence, field, and sprinkler layout. New Perimeter Fence Remove existing fencing (if applicable) and install new park perimeter fencing around the football field and related facilities. Fence height, material, and finish to be determined during design, subject to City approval. Include gates and access control points as required for maintenance, emergency access, and crowd management. Football Field Renovation Regrade and re-crown the existing football field to ensure proper drainage and field performance. Install new sod (approved variety for sports use in central Florida). Modify and adjust irrigation system to ensure full and even coverage without spraying onto bleachers or paved areas. Verify all work aligns with Florida Green Industries Best Management Practices and local water management district regulations.
