Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of various interior and exterior improvements to the main buildings at both parks including the installation of new intercom/gate access systems, along with ceiling, paver, and fencing repairs. The project requires the Contractor to provide full construction services including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, machinery, tools, supplies, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to construct the modifications and improvements as follows: A. McTYRE PARK BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS (3501 SW 56th Avenue, West Park, Fl 33023) Breezeway Intercom System/Access Control Furnish and install complete standalone Aiphone JF-DV Series video intercom access system in accordance with Attachment “A1” including one (1) weatherproof/vandal resistant exterior color video door station w/ compatible keypad, two (2) interior monitoring stations, one (1) electromagnetic lock system, one (1) wave-to-open sensor w/manual button override (exit), power supply, door release relay components, gate closer, plates for door station mounting, all associated EMT electrical conduit and cables for controls: Intercom System Sub Total: $_____________________ Courtyard Improvements Reset /replace sinking and damaged 4”x 8”x 2-3/8” damaged pavers (160 SF approx..) per Attachment “A3” and all other identified locations including furnishing and installing new pavers to match existing, 1” min leveling sand, grading, joint sand with compaction/stabilization, concrete border to contain pavers, green gravel w/underlayment (25 CF approx..), and pressure cleaning entire paver area (2,550 SF approx..) upon completion. Paver Repair Sub Total: $_____________________ Furnish and install new 10’ High 9-gauge heavy duty chain-link fence/gate across rear courtyard area per Attachment “A2”. Repair existing abutting chain-link fence. Includes all footings, gates, rails, caps, posts, bands, tension bars, and all associated appurtenances in accordance with applicable Building Code.
