Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance services shall be performed on an annual basis for the Mail Inserting System manufactured by Blue Crest, Brand Rival, Model ZXOU, Serial #0157217, in accordance with manufacturer's requirements / specifications. Maintenance shall include, but not be limited to the following modules: Y234 Input: - Replace sheet feeder stock white filter with upgraded blue filter (FLTPE-2B) - Replace Orange belts in Accumulator - Replace Folder drive chain, quantity of (2), (Clean and oil every 500k cycles) - Replace idler sprocket and tensioner sprocket (clean and grease every 500K cycles) - Replace Green flat belts in transport (4-short-Y362075) and (2-Y362076) Rival 3 Station Chassis: - Replace all 3 feeder red feed belts (4/feeder – 99000-004) - Clean, oil and tension overhead pusher chain every 500k cycles Rival Front-Table: - Clean, oil and tension gripper chain every 500k cycles - Replace shuttle white filter with upgraded Blue filter (FLTPE-2B) - Replace plastic water intake filter connection with brass connection Rival MOS: - Replace both turnover red belts (ZX01609 & ZX01620) - Replace vertical stacker motor controller - Replace air pressure switch (213-2512) - Regularly clean and inspect all modules, per service call in additional to annual maintenance. REPAIR SERVICES 1. The contract shall be for repair services not currently covered under warranty. 2. Repairs services shall be paid for on an hourly basis. Hourly rate for on-site service shall commence upon arrival at site and terminate upon departure actual time worked.
