Green Infrastructure/Low impact development storm water design.7. Street lighting.8. Signage and Markings.9. Landscape/Buffer planning.10. Necessary permitting11. Attend public hearings for presentation, and question/answers.12. Water main modeling, relocations and design, as well as future supply needs.13. Sanitary sewer modeling, relocations and design, and additional future flows anticipated.14. Inclusion of private utilities infrastructure, (not limited to: electric, gas, cable, phone, fiber),relocation/placement.
