Provider will provide early intervention, developmental surveillance and care coordination services to infants and toddlers enrolled in the Early Steps Program throughout the contract term. Provider will prepare plans, policies, and procedures and operate an LES Program and to manage a local provider network with community service providers, organizations, and agencies. a. Task List: Provider will perform the following tasks: 1) Operate and administer a LES Program to include maintaining an adequate administrative and service staff, modern equipment, and an operational infrastructure to maintain compliance with all Florida statutes as specified in Scope of Work, Attachment A, Section A.1.b., Florida administrative rules, federal regulations, and Program policies and guidelines governing the Early Steps Program.
