The City of Boynton Beach (“City”) Utilities Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for utility improvement work at three independent locations within the City. The project consists of two main utility extensions across these three sites: Location 1 within the residential community of High Point Woods Villa; Location 2 along Seacrest Boulevard near Bethesda Memorial Hospital; and Location 3 at the intersection of SW 27th Avenue and SW 4th Street. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, and essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications and ITB No. 26-009B Documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work, and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
