Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of construction of a sanitary sewer lift station and demolition of the existing LS 119, including control system. The new lift station will be located on a vacant lot on Lake Mirror adjacent to the existing lift station location that is now in the middle of the road. The new lift station will be a duplex with (2), -12 HP pumps system, 8 foot inside diameter concrete wet well with 8” wall thickness, and 15 feet deep - from well invert to top of lift station. The work also includes construction of a new 6” force main, connecting to existing 6” force main, gate valves, check valves and fittings, water service, new 8” gravity sewer main and emergency by-pass pump, Control Panel, Telemetry and Data Flow. Included in the project is a retaining wall on the North and East side of the Lift Station due to lake levels and ground elevation. The project will include determined tree removals, and the installation of “Florida friendly” landscaping covering the overall parcel outside of lift station limits.
