This project consists of the renovation of the existing men's and women's restrooms. The work includes selective removal of existing plumbing fixtures, accessories, and finishes, along with limited demolition to support new construction. The scope involves new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, as well as new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and restroom accessories. The scope includes demolition, misc. metals, fiberglass reinforced paneling, doors and frames, drywall, poured flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
