The Executive Office of the Governor staff monitor, analyze and track filed legislation and other actions in different capacities in support of the Governor during sessions of the Florida Legislature and throughout the year. Minimum required system features are centralized bill assignment to multiple sub-accounts with centralized monitoring and related reporting. The online system must provide all users one location to access reports, notifications, press releases, announcements, opinions, etc. for various governmental entities and items, i.e. Governor’s Office, House, Senate, FL Supreme Court, state agencies, release of budget information, revenue estimating conference, etc. Agency-wide requirement for up to 150 full access users.
