Miami-Dade County, hereinafter referred to as the County, as represented by the Miami-Dade County Office of Management & Budget, is soliciting Proposals from qualified organizations with demonstrated proficiency in teaching the Lean Six Sigma methodology for Green Belt training to County employees on an as-needed / task order basis. Training will combine conceptual learning with real-world project applications, with sessions offered in-person, virtually, or both. The Selected Proposermust provide approved training materials, schedule sessions, guide teams through project phases, and offer ongoing support. It is anticipated that the County will host two training waves per year, each with a minimum of two teams comprised of five to six employees per team
