PURPOSE The TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY, hereinafter referred to as the "Authority", or "TSA" Tournament SportsPlex”, is requesting bid proposals to include labor, materials, supplies, equipment and all other items necessary to construct a laydown yard buildout at the Hillsborough County Tournament SportsPlex, 9330 E. Columbus Drive, Tampa, FL 33619. SCOPE This specification outlines the requirements for a Contractor to supply all labor, equipment and materials to complete laydown yard water mitigation, excavation, grading, paving, and painting of parking and traffic markings at the Hillsborough County Traffic Control property. Project areas would include the laydown yard that lies in front of the Traffic Control main offices. See the enclosed exhibits showing these work areas. Areas and quantities shown on these exhibits are approximations. The contractor is responsible for estimating areas and quantities. Due to the nature of the use, this project shall be completed in phases to allow for pedestrian and vehicular operation. The Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) Project Manager for the sportsplex shall notify the appropriate personnel of the status of the project and of the areas where work will be progressing.
