Specifications include, but are not limited to: Complete Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Services per attached schedule that includes Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Herbicide and Clean up Services. All Parks, Cemeteries, Bike Trail & Other City Areas I – General Park Clean-Up Once per week, year round, remove all trash and debris from property. This should be done prior to cutting if cutting is required. II – Cutting, Trimming and Cutting Clean Up Weekly cutting, trimming and clean up from April 1st – September 30th . Bi-Weekly cutting, trimming and clean up from October 1st – March 30th No cuts can only be approved by City Superintendent. Special Circumstance: Holidays; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Martin Luther King Day – All grounds must be cut, trimmed and cleaned up within 3 days of the Holiday. No maintenance on the Holiday or weekend it is connected to. This is to ensure maximum benefit to the public. III – Seasonal Trimming of Hedges, Trees, Bushes & Plants Minimum of quarterly – all hedges, trees, bushes & plants. All low hanging branches are to be cut to maintain a seven foot clearance. All debris from trimming will be removed immediately
