Leon County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive landscaping services for various County facilities. This solicitation is not intended for basic maintenance-only providers offering standard “mow, blow, and go” services. The selected vendor will be expected to deliver a higher level of landscaping expertise, including design suggestions, planting, enhancement, and ongoing care to maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of County properties. Services shall be turnkey and include all labor, removal and disposal of existing materials, supply and installation of new materials, and any required permitting. All quantities provided in the Scope of Work are estimates for bidding purposes only. The County will pay only for actual quantities of materials and plants installed and accepted. Final payment will be based on verified quantities that have been furnished and properly installed in accordance with the specifications.
