a. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment and supplies to perform the services required. All lawn maintenance services shall be performed on Friday of each week during the summer months (April – September) and every other Friday during winter months (October – September), unless weather conditions do not permit services to be performed. If weather conditions do not permit service, Contractor is to notify the Departments Project Manager. Services are to begin between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. b. The Contractor shall pick up debris and limbs, edge all turf edges, line trim around details in turf areas, mow all areas around the Facility, these areas include roadway ditch and right of way outside of fenced area. Vegetation control around buildings, sidewalks and rock beds shall also be controlled once a month. Tree canopies shall be maintained to no less than eight (8) foot height. Hedges, shrubs, and fence lines around the Facility shall be trimmed and kept in a professional appearance. c. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to existing facilities as a result of the Contractor’s activities. Any damage resulting from the Contractor’s operations shall be repaired by the Contractor at no cost and to the satisfaction of the Department.
