At a minimum Vendor shall: A. Provide 1 onsite employee, 5 days per week, 4 hours per day. 1. This employee will be equipped with a truck and tools to perform detail/weeding/pruning, deadheading flowers, and minor irrigation adjustments throughout the property. B. Mowing (See attachment "Landscaping Specs") 1. Vendor will provide mowing as outlined below up to 42 times per calendar year. If turf does not require mowing, other necessary services as listed below will be performed. 2. Mow all specified areas with power mowers with sharpened blades of sufficient horsepower to leave an even, neat, clean, uncluttered appearance without ruts. 3. All grass clippings and debris resulting from lawn maintenance operations will be cleaned from streets, walks, lawns, and curbs as needed 4. Care will be taken so as to not damage areas that retain excess water as well as gravel being spread into turf or beds. Vendor will not be held liable for damages caused by rock/gravel disbursement. C. Edging (See attachment "Landscaping Specs") 1. Edge along all walks, curbs, streets, and beds as necessary to keep neat and clean appearance. Due to this property having rock adjacent to sod, only chemical edging will be possible to avoid danger from airborne rocks/gravel.
