Weeding: Removal of weeds in landscaped areas, ensuring plant health and aesthetic appeal. Street Cleaning: Cleaning streets, sidewalks, and park pathways, removing dirt, debris, and waste that could obstruct public spaces or detract from the environment. Pesticide Applications: Professional pesticide applications to prevent or control pests that may harm plants or trees, with subcontractor services authorized for this task in accordance with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), Chapter 482 Florida Statutes. Plant Replacements: Replacement of dead, diseased, or damaged plants to maintain the integrity of landscaped areas. Plant Installations: Site preparation, planting, watering, and mulching.
