The City of St. Petersburg is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to remove and replace the existing basketball backboard and support pipes at Lake Vista Recreation Center gymnasium. 4. Scope of Work 4.1. Intent The City of St. Petersburg is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to remove and replace the existing basketball backboard and support pipes at Lake Vista Recreation Center gymnasium. 4.2. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, vendor must meet the following requirements: A. Have been in business of providing basketball backstops installations for a minimum of three (3) years. B. Vendor must be able to furnish and deliver to: 1. Lake Vista Recreation Center at 1401 62nd Ave. S, St. Petersburg, FL, 33705. C. Vendor must complete project no later than Friday, May 16th, 2025. D. Vendor must have the ability to obtain the minimum insurance requirements set for in the base agreement. 4.3. Vendor Responsibilities 1. Expectations of performance - Deliver and install forward fold, rear braced basketball backstops including: a. Truss Support Pipes b. Electric, Automatic Wall Winch with Wall Mounting Kit c. Manual Height Adjusters d. Non-Breakable Glass Backboards (42” x 72”) e. Backboard Pads f. Competitor Breakaway Goals 2. Location of performance - Lake Vista Recreation Center gymnasium - 1401 62nd Ave. S, St. Petersburg, FL, 33705 3. Materials and Equipment needed to perform. - Vendor responsible for all tools necessary to complete project. 4. Schedule - vendor will schedule during non-childcare hours of 9:30 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. 5. Point of contact for staff to communicate with directly. 6.
