The Contractor shall provide all materials/equipment (see Appendix A, Major Equipment List) and labor necessary to complete the project including programming and testing/debugging as necessary to ensure all sites are remotely operable. The District maintains the Campbell LoggerNet software application on a virtual server in Palatka. The Contractor is to ensure all sites are operable through this system as the Human Machine Interface (HMI) for District staff. No portion of the work will be considered complete or approved, until consistent gate operations via LoggerNet are demonstrated. The District Bureau of Water Resource Information maintains water-level-recording sites adjacent to these sites. The water levels are vital to pump station operations and shall be incorporated into the sites’ programs and HMIs, via spread-spectrum RF-407 radio communication between pump station loggers and water level loggers. Commercial power is occasionally unavailable at sites due to power outages. All equipment installed by the Contractor must provide and install lithium battery back-up recharged via standard solar panels or AC/DC converter, as described below. All sites will be tested for (monitoring) operation in the absence of commercial power. Pumps are not expected to operate during commercial power outages.
