Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a sole source procurement to Brinkmann Instruments, Inc. d/b/a Metrohm USA, Inc., for a three (3) year period, at a total cost of $234,195.01 for the maintenance of the Ion Chromatograph (IC), autosampler and additional system components, to include original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and consumables. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-205(2)(e) of the County’s Procurement Policy and is considered a sole source as maintenance, services, parts, and warranties for existing equipment is provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and is only reasonably available from Brinkmann Instruments, Inc. d/b/a Metrohm USA, Inc. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
