Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consulting services will provide services on an as needed basis under three categories.SAFETY:1. Management and upkeep of the SSPP as needed2. Perform internal safety audits per the requirements specified by LYNX3. Generate/edit safety rules, procedures as needed4. Responding to FTA, FDOT information inquires5. Provide correspondence as needed6. Incident investigation and reporting as needed7. Perform construction safety inspections as needed8. Perform safety certification activities as needed9. Perform Health and Safety assessments as needed10. Accident investigation and reporting as neededSECURITY:1. Updating the Security Emergency Preparedness Plan as needed2. Management and updating of the System Security Plan as needed3. Perform Threat and Vulnerability Assessments as needed to include updating existing documentation4. Responding to Federal Transit Administration, Florida Department of Transportation, Department ofHomeland Security, Transportation Security Administration information inquiry5. Perform internal security audits per the requirements specified by LYNX security plans
