Little Jim Bait and Tackle is located at 601 North Causeway Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 34949 and encompasses two parcels totaling approximately 5.3 acres. The successful proposer will be responsible for providing food, beverage, merchandise, and dockage services while complying with all city regulations and maintaining the historical character of the site. The property is currently leased, and it is anticipated that through mutual agreement, the existing tenant will continue to occupy the premises on a month-to-month basis until a new lease is approved by the City Commission. Several existing lease violations are noted, including but not limited to, the failure to construct fuel pumping facilities, building modifications without permission and/or permits, possible live-aboard vessels, encroachment of dock facilities onto state property.
