Forest Lake Golf Club originally opened in early 1995, Forest Lake encompasses 229 acres of Florida’s sandy ridges. The superb sandy loam soils provide for drainage, a wide variety of trees, and pristine natural ponds. This is one of the few Florida golf venues operating as a standalone course not associated with a resort or housing. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a lease agreement with a qualified golf operator as the new tenant (the “Proposer” or “Respondent” or “Firm”) to operate, maintain, and market the city’s municipal golf course and related facilities known as Forest Lake Golf Club, which is comprised of an 18-hole championship golf course, driving range, practice green(s), maintenance facility and cart barn, clubhouse, golf shop, restaurant, and other related facilities and improvements, all as further specified and designated by the City, in the City’s sole discretion.
