1. Landscape Maintenance Program (fixed schedule services - Attachment I) Fixed Schedule services include, but are not limited to: · Mowing · Edging · Weeding · Weed eating/line trimming · Aquatic vegetation control · Brush trimming · Shrub and bush trimming · Tree pruning and related services . Dead plant removal . Grass, vines, or brush shall not be allowed to grow on or through any County-owned fence, guardrail, or handrail. These areas must be maintained using manual, mechanical, or approved herbicide control. · Vegetation encroaching from private property must be trimmed back flush with the fence line or to the Right-of-Way (ROW) line if no fence exists. · Herbicide application (including along curbs and sidewalks up to 12 inches from asphalt) requires prior approval from the County Contract Manager (CCM). 2. Landscape Maintenance Program (as needed services - Attachment J) The County may request additional services on an intermittent, non-regular basis. The frequency and scope of these services cannot be predicted in advance. As-needed services may include, but are not limited to: . Tree and shrub removal · Stump grinding · Tree and shrub installation Mulching
