Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of operation for the project includes: Setup/Design Review data (supplied by FWC/current vendor) Adapt software tracking system to accommodate current document tracking (specifically Document Control Numbers) Enter current active contract data into system Processing New Applications and Contracts Application Data Completeness Check All applications will be reviewed for completeness based on criteria provided by the COMMISSION Verifies Supporting Documents have been Provided w/Application, including Tax Receipt or Deed, and Map Notify applicants of receipt, any missing information, and/or status of application Enter applicant data into tracking software and scan and index documents Notify LAP staff of new applicants Prepare Needs Assessment Package: Verify completeness of Needs Assessment Package prepared by LAP biologist based on criteria provided by COMMISSION Prepare letter notifying applicant of program guidelines Mail package to landowner with letter, contract, and management prescription (prepared by LAP staff), based on criteria and content provided by the COMMISSION Enter management prescription data into tracking software, including: funding source practice acres or units prescribed potential reimbursement amount. Receive and Process Receipts: Scan receipts and invoices received from landowners Verify quality/accuracy of landowners claims according to COMMISSION criteria
