The following commodity or service is thought to be available from only as a sole brand and is the only commodity/service that meets the County’s needs: Konica Minolta 965 Digital Printer Support and Maintenance. The Print Shop requires the Contractor to provide on-site local service and maintenance support for Konica Digital Printer 965, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Service shall include parts, plotter drum, labor, travel time and incidentals. Additionally, software support and maintenance are required, to include upgrades, enhancements and network connectivity throughout the life of the contract. Proof of certification and authorization from the original equipment manufacturer shall be provided.
