Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hillsborough County Public Schools, hereafter referred to as the "District" or "HCPS", is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers interested in providing a Job Scheduler for the Districts Lawson ERP system. Minimum Requirements: 7.2.1 Vendor must provide services to install proposed solution. 7.2.2 Vendor must provide detailed description of licensing options for solution. 7.2.3 Vendor must provide a detailed description of technical support options including what is not supported in each option. Description may include hours of support, level of support, real-time help both embedded, phone support etc. 7.2.4 Vendor must provide detailed description of support provided by vendor including what is not supported. 7.2.5 Vendor must provide a description of process of upgrading solution. 7.2.6 Vendor must provide to HCPS training and training materials relating to the proposed solution. 7.2.7 Lawson System Foundation environment 9.0.1.10 or higher. 7.2.8 Lawson Applications 9.0.1.5 or higher. 7.2.9 Solution must support 4GL custom applications. 7.2.10Solution must support jobs run on AIX 6.1 or higher. 7.2.11Solution must support jobs run on z/Os version 1.12, model z114.
