As the owner and operator, the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the provision, installation, and configuration of a comprehensive video surveillance system on the JaxEx (Craig) campus. The system shall include a Network Video Recorder (NVR) and a suite of high-quality IP security cameras to enhance safety and monitoring across the facility. JAA has recently completed the deployment of a fiber optic network interconnecting the campus. A dedicated server room, equipped with a rack, power source, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), is available for use. A list of cameras and equipment and a Site Map will be provided in the form of Exhibit F and Exhibit G at the mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting. Respondents are required to have an onsite representative available to sign an NDA before taking possession of the exhibits. The draft NDA is included as Exhibit E.
