*Remove existing eave metal, pipe boots, gooseneck vents and all flashing necessary. *Furnish and install 1x4 wood purlins over existing roofing material according to the Florida Product Approval and The Florida 2023 Building Code. *Furnish and install residential 26-gauge galvalume . *Furnish and installation of all accessory metals, drip edge, valley metal, flashing, ridge vent and pipe stacks. *Include installation of new 3-Ply Modified on flat roof in the back (by parking lot). *Repair all existing puddling areas on flat roof. *Proposal includes taxes, permit fee, and removal of all construction debris. *Provide a construction time frame for beginning and ending job. * Include a detailed roof warranty in packet submission.
