Pre-Event Planning - Attend planning meetings with the client, vendors, and production team. - Review technical riders, scripts, run-of-show documents, and cue sheets. - Advise on stage layout, equipment needs, and production timelines. - Coordinate with lighting, audio, video, and special effects teams to finalize show design. On-Site Production Management - Oversee stage setup, load-in, and load-out. - Supervise production staff, including stagehands, riggers, and technical crew. - Ensure equipment installation aligns with plans and safety standards. - Conduct pre-show checks and rehearsals to ensure readiness. Show Execution - Call cues for lighting, sound, video, stage entrances, and special effects during the show. - Manage talent and speaker transitions to maintain flow and timing. - Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues in real time to ensure smooth execution. Post-Event Duties - Oversee strike (breakdown) and ensure equipment is returned in proper condition. - Provide a post-event report summarizing show flow, successes, and recommendations.
